I am directed to transmit to you the enclosed Parcel Receipt in respect of the bottles of spirits referred to in the attached list which are being shipped to your address for the purpose of having the contents analysed by the highest authority in England.

His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has already addressed the Secretary of State on the subject and you will doubtless have received a communication from the Colonial Office respecting the steps to be taken.
